Information for sponsors
The club enjoys a part of the River Avon which provides us with about 4,500m of uninterrupted water. It is possible to row up to Pulteney Weir and Bridge, right in the heart of the Georgian city of Bath, via the lock at Twerton.
We have close links with the local community through the Project Oarsome scheme as well as with the local media.
The club is run by its members and relies on them for the upkeep of its site, including the maintenence of its premises.
We attend many races throughout the year at both domestic and international events including:
- The Pair's Head of the River
- The Four's Head of the River
- Women's and Men's Eight's Head of the River
- G(h)ent International Regatta (Belgium)
- Henley Women's Regatta
- Henley Royal Regatta
- UK National Championships
